How much is the delivery fee and when should I expect to receive my order?

  • Minimum order value: KSh 1,000/-
  • Delivery within Nairobi: Flat Rate of KSh 300/-
  • Delivery within Nairobi may be expected within 24 hrs of receiving payment. Orders placed after 12:00 Friday will be delivered Monday.
  • Delivery outside of Nairobi: KSh 400/- for first 15 kg, additional 200/- per 15 kg increment
  • Delivery outside of Nairobi will take 3-5 business days via transporter service.
  • Delivery is FREE for orders WITHIN NAIROBI greater than Ksh 4,000/-.

Is payment safe & secure? Which payment methods do you accept?

We uphold safe and secure online payment through iPay (credit card or MPesa). Our entire site is under an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate, which ensures that all of your private data is encrypted. If you don’t feel comfortable ordering online, you may purchase through any of our retail partners.

May I pay cash on delivery?

Unfortunately, no. We must receive payment in full before dispatching your order.

To ensure a successful transition from your fur-baby’s old food to any new food, please follow a 7-day transition protocol as follows:
Day 1-2: 75% old food + 25% new food
Day 3-4: 50% old food + 50% new food
Day 5-6: 25% old food + 75% new food
Day 7: 100% new food
